Our very competitive rates are as follows.

Bed and Breakfast Rooms (2 people) 

1 x QUEEN ROOM for 2 nights (for two people includes cooked or continental breakfast, tea, coffee & use of facilities)

$320.00  including GST.

 

1 x QUEEN ROOM for 3 nights mid week (for two people includes cooked or continental breakfast, tea, coffee & use of facilities)

$480.00  including GST.

 

1 x QUEEN ROOM for 7 nights (for two people includes cooked or continental breakfast, tea, coffee & use of facilities)

$1120.00  including GST.

 

All other durations of stays or services will be priced on application. Just call us.

 

Example.

Package for country people bringing their horse/s to Perth for a show.

Arrive Friday afternoon and stay till late Sunday morning.

1 x queen room for 2 nights (two people including cooked or continental breakfast, tea, coffee & use of facilities)

1 x horse agistment for 2 nights (Paddock including 2 days hard feed & hay, use of facilities)

$400.00 for the 2 nights including GST.

 

Example.

Package for country people or tourists to stay a week.

Arrive on the afternoon on first day, stay 7 nights and leave late on the morning of the 8th day.

1 x queen room for 7 nights (two people including cooked or continental breakfast, tea, coffee & use of facilities)

$1120.00  for the 7 nights including GST.

 

Lunch, dinner, snacks, etc all available on request with some prior notice (charges apply)

 

OR

 

"APURLA" 2 x bedrooms (6 sleeper) fully self-contained unit.

Do your own thing and save. Lots of room in this fully equipped unit.

Room for the kids or dog in the secure, fully fenced, private rear yard.

 

At $230.00 per night (minimum 3 night stay) or $200.00 per night for 7 or more night stay. Price is based on 4 persons.

Additonal persons (maximum of 6) are charged at a rate of an additional $10.00 each per night. eg. 5 persons $240/night.
